Brian McWade

Senior Director of Quality Assurance and Innovation

 

Brian McWade joined Connected Living full time in May of 2011 and currently serves as Sr. Director of Quality Assurance and Innovation. In his current role, Brian is responsible for creating, executing, and monitoring quality control and the management methods needed to ensure a positive customer experience. Brian works closely with the Operations Team to provide the best customer service and is committed to meeting and exceeding client expectations.

 

Brian graduated from Saint Michael's College with a B.A in Sociology and Psychology. He brings his passion to make a difference with him to work everyday!
