Michael has worked over the past 6 years providing exceptional customer service, technical support, and team development for Apple, Inc. His teams have been ranked among the highest in the company for customer satisfaction over multiple quarters, while ensuring that they receive all the appropriate training and experiences to better themselves both personally and professionally.

 

During this time, he worked to better operating procedures, restructure teams and innovate processes as needed. Delivering and adapting corporate created training in a fun environment has always been an source of energy for him and his participants.
